What will happen to my AR artwork as technology evolves and new devices emerge in the future?

Similar to any hardware or software, regular updates are necessary to ensure compatibility and functionality with new devices and operating systems. If you intend to keep your Tekinetic Mural up-to-date, your digital content will require adaptation. We provide software/app updates for two years.

My audience is not tech-savvy, will they have trouble with the augmented reality portion of the experience?

Accepted Answer

We strive to make our experiences as seamless and easy as possible for everyone. This often involves setting up easy-to-follow instructional signage with QR codes for downloading the AR app. Or, tablets with the AR app preinstalled can be provided on-site. Depending on your project’s needs, we will help plan how audiences will be introduced to and guided through the experience.

We coordinate with professionals to fabricate and install the mural. We will also assist in selecting the optimal print and installation method and materials based on your project’s specifications, location, wall surface type and desired longevity.

No, however, care should be taken to ensure the mural is installed in a location that’s easily accessible for viewers to scan with an AR app.
